You are buying a personal, non-exclusive licence to download and read the ebook (or bundle of ebooks) on devices you own or control. You do not buy the copyright. You may not redistribute, resell, upload to a shared library, or use the file to train a machine-learning model.
Prices are set per market in US dollars, pounds sterling, and Canadian dollars. They are not converted live from a single list price. Applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST/HST is calculated at checkout via Stripe Tax for the market you select. Digital ebooks are supplied electronically. Applicable US sales tax, UK VAT, and Canadian GST/HST are calculated at Stripe Checkout via Stripe Tax for the market you select.
Files are delivered electronically after payment is confirmed. There is no physical shipment. Keep the download link and receipt; re-downloads may be limited by the licence window shown on the success page.
Digital goods have limited cancellation rights once download begins. The full policy, including UK cooling-off rules and Canadian provincial notes, is on the refunds page.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, where the seller is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you as a customer in the United States, the United Kingdom, or Canada. UK customers keep non-excludable rights under UK consumer law (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Canadian customers keep non-excludable rights under the law of their province or territory. US customers keep non-excludable rights under applicable federal and state consumer law.
