Digital ebooks are licensed for personal use and delivered electronically. Once you have started a download or opened the file, the product is generally not returnable. If you have not downloaded the file, contact htetahyan@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase and we will refund the original payment method.
We will also refund or replace a title that is defective (corrupt file, missing pages we promised, or a download that never completes) after you give us a reasonable chance to resend a working copy. Chargebacks filed without first contacting support may delay replacement of a legitimate order.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance contract. That right does not apply to digital content once performance has begun, if you gave express consent to begin during the cancellation period and acknowledged that you would lose the right to cancel.
Checkout requires that consent (a required checkbox) before you continue to payment and delivery begins. If you have not consented, or we have not begun delivery, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. You also keep statutory rights if the ebook is not of satisfactory quality, not as described, or not fit for purpose — contact htetahyan@gmail.com and we will repair, replace, or refund as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires.
Digital ebooks are supplied electronically. Provincial consumer-protection statutes (including those in Ontario, British Columbia, and Québec) limit cancellation of digital content once transmission has begun with your consent. If you have not downloaded the file, contact htetahyan@gmail.com within 14 days and we will refund the original payment method.
Defective files are replaced or refunded. GST/HST or QST charged on the invoice is refunded with the purchase price when a refund is issued. Québec customers retain any additional rights that cannot be waived under the Consumer Protection Act.
Email htetahyan@gmail.com from the address used at checkout. Include the order reference, the title or bundle, and whether you downloaded the file. We aim to respond within two business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method; bank or card timing is outside our control.
Digital ebooks are supplied electronically. Applicable US sales tax, UK VAT, and Canadian GST/HST are calculated at Stripe Checkout via Stripe Tax for the market you select.
